CONSULTATION

PROPOSAL

After we give you the initial estimate, we will do a full evaluation of what the project entails and how it will be done. We will give you our proposal including plans, timelines and project costs.

 

AGREEMENT

Once you're confirmed you want to go ahead, we'll send out the contract with the proposed start date for your home improvement project.

We'll start your home improvement project when we've said we will. If there's any change we'll advise at least 7 days in advance. 

COMPLETE WHEN 100% SATISFIED

On completion we'll provide a full debrief of the project. You'll get to check against the agreed proposal and we only leave the job when you're completely satisfied.
